Commitment To Fairness
In order to ensure the fairness of the laboratory activities of the Company, the top management of the Company, on behalf of the management, hereby makes the following fairness statement:
1) Comply with relevant national laws, regulations and accreditation criteria, relevant supplementary documents, supplementary criteria, technical and non-technical regulations and other documents designated by the accreditation enforcement authority according to the accreditation provisions. Note: Relevant documents refer to the latest version.
2) When the above standards within the scope of our company's approval are revised, our company will timely collect and modify the latest version, and modify them in combination with our current quality manual or procedure documents to adapt to the requirements of the standards that should be updated and revised.
3) Only engage in activities listed in the approved scope;
4) The scope of detection involving special requirements and specific areas specified in relevant national laws and regulations or standards and technical specifications shall comply with the special requirements and supplementary provisions of this specific area and accept necessary audit requirements accordingly.
5) The independence of the laboratory's activities is not subject to any administrative intervention, and all relevant departments shall not impose administrative, financial, commercial or other pressures on the company that may affect the test results and judgments. The personnel of relevant departments shall not intervene to maintain the fairness of the test data. Ensure that the company will not use the accreditation qualification issued by all authorized institutions in a misleading way;
6) The Company holds an objective, fair, scientific and confidential working attitude towards all entrustments, and puts an end to the events that damage the rights and interests of the entrusting party.
7) The Company is willing to bear civil or legal liabilities arising from testing;
8) All employees of the Company shall consciously abide by relevant national laws and regulations during the process of inspection and detection to ensure scientific and accurate data. Adhere to the principles of objectivity, independence, fairness, honesty and credibility, abide by professional ethics, assume social responsibility, resist any internal and external pressure that may affect their technical judgment, testing or from improper business, finance and other aspects, ensure the authenticity, objectivity, accuracy and traceability of inspection and testing data and results, and issue accurate and reliable inspection and testing results. Consciously protect customer secrets and provide customers with satisfactory services;
9) Establish good professional behavior, strictly abide by inspection procedures, implement inspection standards, maintain recognized inspection ability, establish a sound quality management system, and continuously and effectively operate the quality system.
10) If the accreditation qualification of all activities specified in the company's accreditation certificate has been terminated, the company shall immediately return the accreditation certificate to the executive authority of the accreditation office.
11) When using the accreditation accreditation, the company shall not damage the reputation of the institution that issued the accreditation/accreditation or any accreditation scheme, and shall not issue any misleading statement related to the accreditation accreditation.
12) Any interested party may lodge a complaint with the Accreditation Office if it thinks that there is something wrong with any accreditation activities conducted by the Company.
13) When the company makes a statement on the recognition qualification, for the activities that have not been recognized, it is necessary to add a description of which activities of the company have not been recognized.
14) The staff of the Company shall not engage in part-time or technical cooperation activities that may affect the fairness of the Company.
15) Employees of the Company are not allowed to ask for gifts, money or things from the Client or buy products at a lower price by taking advantage of their work.
16) The Company's products are subject to supervision and complaints from all aspects of the Company and society.
