Confidentiality Commitment


In order to ensure the confidentiality of the laboratory's activities, the Center makes the following confidentiality commitments:

——The laboratory activities are carried out in accordance with the relevant national laws, regulations, standards and specifications, and the laboratory is responsible for the management of the information obtained in the testing activities, as well as the information generated in the testing, calibration and sampling activities;

——The confidentiality of the laboratory's activities is not subject to any administrative intervention, and personnel of relevant departments are required not to interfere;

——The laboratory will resolutely keep confidential the confidential information obtained from customers, and take measures to prevent leakage;

——The laboratory will resolutely keep confidential the information obtained from customers and should be kept confidential, and take measures to prevent disclosure;

——Information about customers obtained from sources other than complainants, regulators and other customers shall be kept confidential between customers and laboratories;

——The laboratory shall inform the customer in advance of the confidential information that the customer needs to disclose (as required by law or agreed by contract);

——The staff of the laboratory shall not engage in activities that may divulge customer secrets;

——For individuals and organizations who intentionally disclose customer secrets, our laboratory will take relevant measures, even legal proceedings;

——The laboratory sincerely accepts the supervision and complaints from the internal and social aspects of the laboratory on the confidentiality work of the center.
